What not to diffuse.

 Seasons Greetings One and All!

You will probably use and diffuse Essential oils during the Holiday Season, and I would like to give you a heads-up on what you should and should not use in your diffuser. Please read the following lists.

Essential Oils to Avoid Diffusing:
The following can be very harmful to the respiratory system due to their potency.
For topical usage there is not an issue when BLENDED with a carrier.
Birch (betula lenta)
Cinnamon (Bark or Leaf)
Oregano (Oreganum vulgare)
Rue (Rue graveolens)
Sage (salvia officinalis)
Thuja (Thuja occidentalis)
Thyme (Thymus vulgare)
Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens)
Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium)

If you enjoy the scents, there may be alternatives for the above.
